Please note that after-hours rates will apply for call-outs or remote assistance outside of our standard business hours. We do offer ongoing maintenance and proactive IT support if you have an active Service Level Agreement (SLA) with us. If you’re not on an SLA, you’re welcome to contact us as needed for once-off support and call-outs.

We partner with a network of trusted suppliers, enabling us to source and provide quality replacement parts when repairs are possible. If your device is beyond economical repair, we’ll advise you accordingly and can recommend and arrange a new device tailored to your needs and budget.

While we’re always happy to assist where we can, our primary focus is on providing IT support and solutions for small to medium businesses. We generally avoid personal/home user call-outs, as our services and infrastructure are tailored for business environments.
