When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company name, phone number and message. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the site secure and reliable.

We use your contact details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and arranging the assessment or services you asked about. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Essential cookies. We use a small amount of local storage to run the site and remember your preferences, such as your chosen light or dark theme and your cookie choice. These are necessary for the site to work and never leave your device.

Analytics cookies. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, with IP addresses anonymised. When you first visit, a banner lets you choose “Accept all” to allow these, or “Essential only” to decline them; the site works either way. We do not use advertising cookies.

When you submit the contact form, your browser sends your details to Web3Forms, a form delivery service that passes them to our inbox. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and if you accept analytics cookies your usage data is processed by Google Analytics. These providers act as processors on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, your information is retained under the terms of our service agreement.

Under POPIA and the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we process it. Email info@f1itsolutions.co.za and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local supervisory authority.
